Principal Technical Product Manager
General Purpose of the Job
The Principal Technical Product Manager will drive critical, cross-organization technical initiatives that will enable our engineering teams to be more operationally efficient. This role will be responsible for key security and privacy programs. Understand system and architecture design approaches to ensure technologies deliver scale and perform appropriately end-to-end. Will lead across a large organization, solving problems at scale, and defining new technical approaches for data handling. Principal Product Manager will operate at a program level and have oversight over an entire program and the interactions and priorities between new products. This position will also work independently and use discretion in making significant decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own DT product solutioning and build providing direction, delivering product features & improvements, and creating great customer experiences
- Liaise between Business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the Development team and helps to clarify requirements for technical specifications required for the development
- Directs the business, design, engineering, and product teams to create digital transformation experiences for employees and customers
- Oversee the development & product teams to scope product delivery, support solution strategies and understand development alternatives
- Identify gaps and issues, design problem solutions, including the definition and collection of clear, actionable business requirements
- Partner with the development team to evaluate the feasibility and technical alternatives for the requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 8-10 years' experience in Technical Product Management
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner or Product Manager working with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- 5+ years of product experience in defining, launching, and growing
Enterprise or SaaS products in an agile technology organization - Experience defining the customer experience and personalizing the
user journey across a cloud fulfillment ecosystem - Experience working with product managers or business teams to
understand the business requirements (features/functionality) and have healthy meaningful discussion on their importance, criticality, expected business value and feasibility - Strong experience in developing and communicating the Epic/Feature / Enabler goal(s)
- Experience in performing technical feasibility study, assessing
different technical options, and selecting the most suitable one,
defining practical timelines and assessing product delivered against the business requirement

Salary/ Wage Range
$133,000.00 - $195,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
