At DaVita, we're looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). You don't need prior dialysis experience - we'll provide 9-12 weeks of paid, hands-on training to set you up for success!

- Administer hemodialysis treatment to 4 patients at a time.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Build long-term relationships with patients - dialysis is a routine, and you'll make a real difference in their lives.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of nurses, dietitians, and leadership.
- Hours: Clinics are open Monday-Saturday, 4:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Closed Sundays).
- Schedule: Flexibility to work 3-4 shifts per week, rotating Saturdays. Shifts are 10-12 hours, with schedules posted 3-4 weeks in advance.
- Must be available to open and close the clinic: This requires availability for both early and late shifts.
- Comfortable with Needles & Blood: This role involves working closely with patients during dialysis treatment and requires comfort with medical tasks like mixing acids and working with needles.
- Physical & Mental Stamina: Must be able to work long shifts on your feet. Comfortable shoes are a must!
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited high school or GED program (this will be verified during onboarding).
- Health care experience is a plus (e.g., CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paid training and support for certification.
