Our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) play a vital role for our patients and their families by ensuring the comfort and safety of the patients in the dialysis center.
Previous health care experience or previous experience in dialysis is NOT required - We will train!
What you can expect:
- 1:1 Patient Care
- Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Exposure to needles and blood during your shift
- Spend the first 10 weeks in our PAID training program
- 10-12 hour shifts, 3-4 days per week; NO Sundays required!

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
- Willingness to work long hours on your feet.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required including: Bonet Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
- Compensation rates are dependent on experience and will be discussed at the time of interview
