We have a great opportunity for a IKCA Supervisor! The ideal candidate accomplishes company objectives by supervising the daily operations of a team of IKCA's.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision to the IKCA Team
  • Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow
  • Provide work direction
  • Conduct formal and ad hoc training
  • Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
  • Manage all teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
  • Address teammate relations issues appropriately, and in a timely manner
  • Facilitates teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, training); collaborates with direct reports to create professional development goals
  • Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
  • Knows and understands basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
  • Track overtime, attendance and PTO
  • Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences and trainings as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years experience Healthcare
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in leadership
  • High school diploma or equivalency

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $100,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
