Titan Operations Group is one of the 8 operating teams that comprise Davita Kidney Care Operations. The group covers 400+ outpatient dialysis clinics, 50+ acutes programs and home dialysis programs across MD, DC, VA, NC, KY and portions of adjacent states.

We have an opening on our the Titan Finance and Strategy Team, a small but mighty group of smart, driven, team-oriented and fun-loving individuals who support the strategy, analytics and financial planning needs of our operating teams. Our team comprises Division Strategy and Finance Managers (DFMs) who each oversee subsets of our broader market (these subsets are referred to as divisions), and who report up to the Group Finance Director.

We are seeking an analytically-oriented critical thinker who is willing to work hard, learn quickly and join our team in our mission of delivering best-in-class patient care in a cost-efficient manner. A finance background is not a necessity, however, it is critical that our new teammate be mathematically inclined and proficient in excel-based modeling. Our teammate must have at least 3 years of prior work experience and a demonstrated history of driving strong results. Finally, dialysis is a team sport, so it is important that this individual be team-oriented and invested in the success of the entire operating group.

This individual will function as the CFO of a division within our operating group. A strong performer will:
  • Develop a deep expertise in enterprise financial, clinical and operational data sets, and a strong understanding of operational workflows to identify, size and prioritize opportunities for cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with their division operating team (Division Vice President, Regional Operations Directors, Facility Administrators, etc.), as well as with other DFMs on the finance team
  • Leverage a combination of data analysis and process development / maintenance to ensure opportunities for efficiency are realized
  • Drive financial modeling around capital allocation decisions (M&A, build, divestitures, etc.) in their division
  • Own and drive key financial processes for their assigned division, i.e., volume forecasting, budgeting, etc.
  • Act as a thought partner to operating teams, supporting strategic and financial decision-making in a data-driven and structured manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
  • Strong alignment with our Mission and Values.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Masters' degree preferred
  • Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
  • MBA or Graduate Level degree
  • Demonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadership
  • Healthcare industry background a plus
  • Expert level computer skills and proficiency in finance/accounting systems like Essbase, MS excel, word, outlook and power point required
