The Revenue Operations Manager (ROPS Business Analyst Team - Kinetic) will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita's revenue cycle systems, in collaboration with teams across the company. They are responsible for interacting with teammates at all levels of the organization to develop, manage, evaluate, and make recommendations that impact ROPS workforce, planning, and strategy. They will lead a group of analysts who support the development and delivery of IT solutions and solidify existing processes, resulting in quantifiable financial success for DaVita's Revenue Operations (ROPS) function through the evolution of our Revenue Cycle systems.

Essential Functions:
Program & Project Management
- Lead and facilitate a wide range of initiatives to develop and implement operational business systems.
- Liaise between the IT Business Analysis team and stakeholders: Meet with project teams, IT department partners and internal clients to ensure needs are met.
- Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive execution.
- Facilitate communication between the organization's business users and the IT requirements and development teams to enhance systems quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Set priorities and direction for projects. Develop project structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementation
- Develop project plans, manage expectations, establish project deliverables, track issues, and communicate progress. Select and manage resources to accomplish project objectives.
- Organize the work of analysts, including planning, organizing, monitoring, troubleshooting, negotiating and reporting.
- Identify and influence strategic business relationships, internally and externally, between ROPS leadership teams
- Support change management for system updates, system upgrades and associated process modifications.
- Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communication
- Proactively provide updates and recommendations within executive presentations
- Measure and evaluate results to determine the direction of projects and resources
- Facilitate the establishment of team structure and roles, hiring and on-boarding analysts and ensuring adequate resource and talent allocation.
- Champion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externally
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or needed
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Travel required: up to 5%
- Perform other duties or projects as needed or assigned
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing performance of direct reports.
- Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populations
- Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle teams, functions, systems, processes
- Model, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership
- Experience with Data and ROI analysis and/or process innovation preferred
- Ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
