What You'll Do:
  • No dialysis experience required - We'll provide you with comprehensive training to succeed.
  • Training will take place in one of our facilities or training clinics, with potential for you to float between locations during and after your training.
  • Flexible scheduling is essential - be prepared to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN-LVN license in your state of practice required.
  • Currently enrolled in nursing school, with plans to become an RN within the next year.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines.
  • BONENT or CHT certification (preferred or required by state regulation).
  • One year of clinical experience preferred (hospital or outpatient setting).
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; ability to become proficient with DaVita's systems within 90 days of hire.
