What You'll Do:
- No dialysis experience required - We'll provide you with comprehensive training to succeed.
- Training will take place in one of our facilities or training clinics, with potential for you to float between locations during and after your training.
- Flexible scheduling is essential - be prepared to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Current LPN-LVN license in your state of practice required.
- Currently enrolled in nursing school, with plans to become an RN within the next year.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification (if required by state regulations).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines.
- BONENT or CHT certification (preferred or required by state regulation).
- One year of clinical experience preferred (hospital or outpatient setting).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; ability to become proficient with DaVita's systems within 90 days of hire.
