- Masks may be required while in the facility
- Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
- Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
- Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
- Paid Dialysis Training provided
- At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
- Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
- ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
- Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
- Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturdays with Sundays off!
- Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Average hours range from 10 to 12 hours a day
- Monitor, educate and provide care for up to 4 patients before, during and after dialysis treatment. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles
- Support your community and build relationships by caring for patients local to your town
- 12 weeks of paid training
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED
- Comfortable working around blood and needles, mixing acid or bicarb
- Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for other people in need
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced setting as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities at a time
- Healthcare experience a plus: BONENT / Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) Certifications, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification
