Important Information:

  • This role is virtual with up to 20% travel.
  • Supporting a team that sits in EST. Preferred candidate location is on the East Coast.
  • Must have experience in managing multiple executive calendars.
  • Proficiency in WorkDay and Concur is highly desirable.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with proven excellence in supporting Senior-Level Management (i.e., Senior Directors, Senior VPs, Divisional VPs, etc.) and C-Suite Executives. Exceptional written and verbal communication, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, and the flexibility to get the job done are essential. DaVita seeks an individual who goes above and beyond to deliver the highest level of service. 'Thinking outside the box' to achieve results is a key trait for this role.

What a Superstar Executive Assistant Looks Like:

DaVita operates in a very fast-paced work environment, so your ability to work at a high level of proficiency with minimal supervision is essential. As an Executive Assistant, you are clever, resourceful, and independently driven. You know how to take initiative and run with it. You have the ability to Get Stuff Done, or GSD as we call it. This role is perfect for someone assertive, organized, and can make thoughtful decisions swiftly and effectively. Your multi-tasking skills will be put to the test!

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • High energy with the ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of information.
  • High volume of scheduling, meeting/event planning, and travel itineraries.
  • Serving the organization and external constituencies effectively.
  • Acting as a project manager for special projects, including planning and coordinating multiple presentations and meetings, disseminating information, and other special tasks as assigned.
  • Handling and routing confidential and non-routine documents and information.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including availability on weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven longevity in an Executive Assistant role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Senior Level Management (VP, C-Suite, Senior Director, etc.)
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse group of teammates
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work with sensitive/confidential information required
  • Proficiency in WorkDay and Concur is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary/ Wage Range
$23.50 - $35.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
