This position is based at on site at our Denver office.

To foster this culture and effectively support the team, we expect this person to be in-office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Operations Innovation Vice Presidents, managing their calendars, travel arrangements, and special projects.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and key business events.
  • Assist with confidential and time-sensitive tasks while maintaining discretion.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan and execute large divisional meetings, including logistics, communication, and catering arrangements.
  • Coordinate and support team-building activities and social events that promote team spirit and engagement.
  • Ensure seamless execution of team celebrations, anniversaries, and milestone events.
  • Team Culture & Engagement:
  • Champion team culture initiatives, helping to create an environment of collaboration, fun, and camaraderie.
  • Support team committees focused on improving the teammate experience and team dynamics.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Coordinate team meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Manage and organize shared documents, maintaining a central repository of team information.
  • Handle all administrative functions for the Operations Innovation team with precision and efficiency.
  • General Office Support:
  • Be a proactive problem-solver, handling day-to-day office needs for the Operations Innovation team.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed to ensure smooth office operations and optimal team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience supporting Vice Presidents, C-level executives, or equivalent in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Experience with event planning and team engagement activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and fun workplace.
