Customer Success Specialist - MedSleuth
MedSleuth/DaVita is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for MedSleuth's Transplant platforms. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on, to help build platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude, while building and supporting a world class team.
A high-growth subsidiary of DaVita, MedSleuth and its BREEZE teams interact with a broad array of customer facing teams, internal business and engineering teams, and MedSleuth/DaVita partners to deliver a scalable and secure mix of clinical SaaS services. This requires a comprehensive understanding of distributed systems at an enterprise scale, a focus on customer satisfaction and success, and a relentless drive to focus on high-value projects and to prioritize ruthlessly.

General Purpose of the Job
As part of a team seeking to transform transplantation and improve patient outcomes, our Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for customer engagement with new and existing clients as we continue to grow while also providing service excellence to our existing client base. They will partner with cross functional teams (sales, business development, technology, etc.) within MedSleuth to engage with clients and continue strong partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with team in support of building and maintaining relationships with our customers
- Find areas of opportunity by conducting data analysis and be able to map customer feedback to the results
- Create and potentially present presentations for customers
- Preform Ad hoc analysis to support business need
- Identify new opportunities to improve customer experience through growth of existing services or new services or new customers
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-4 years' experience assisting and providing actionable insights to customers
- General Understanding IT Systems
- Public Speaking Comfort and Experience
- Presentation creation experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce

Salary/ Wage Range
$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
