The Program Manager is a new position who will be responsible for supporting the VP Medical Affairs/Clinical IT Strategy to ensure that IT product development drives toward the key clinical outcome goals of the company. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and collaboration and be able to interact successfully with all levels of stakeholders across the organization. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize clinical outcomes and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to clinical organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance, interact with multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached, manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives, identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
- 4-6 years of experience in an in clinical healthcare, strategy and collaboration.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Working knowledge of digital systems
- Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Travel: up to 50%

Salary/ Wage Range
$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
