Job Description

The Data Analytics & Reporting Transformation Team is looking for an individual who is excited about transforming reporting at DaVita. This position will be responsible for the design, management, development, maintenance, and deployment of finance and operations models in Anaplan as this is critical to the success of DaVita's operations. The ideal candidate for this career opportunity will be someone who is ambitious, possesses strong analytical skills, and enjoys solving complex business problems.

  • Strong foundation of learning in analysis and DaVita's business, data and systems
  • Develop models and perform analyses in Anaplan that support strategic decision making for DaVita leaders
  • Maintain and enhance the current structure of the Anaplan reporting ecosystem at DaVita by understanding requirements and converting use cases into Anaplan models
  • Provide hands-on training to end users on enhancements made to models
  • Collaborate with and participate in cross-functional teams across numerous lanes on special projects
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of work experience with a focus in data, reporting and/or technology, Anaplan experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree in a data-driven field (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Engineering)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to run data analyses with large data sets
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and implement solutions
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities of the business and seek out ways to develop new skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively throughout all levels of the organization to audiences with varying levels of familiarity with information
  • Critical thinking skills

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $75,500.00 / year
