What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions received through the People Solutions team regarding tier 1 benefits, payroll, policies and other People related topics, triaging when necessary
  • Facilitate Day 1 Onboarding sessions for new hires across APAC
  • Support HR operations and processes across APAC, owning the execution of position management, new hire onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, immigration support, and employee lifecycle Workforce data updates initiatives in our HRIS
  • Champion collaborative cross functional relationships with Recruiting, IT, Office Operations, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring process and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
  • Own all aspects of maintaining employee changes and data throughout the full employee life cycle including employee changes in the system, organizational updates, reference & travel letters, and audit requests
  • Maintain a high level of integrity for employee data in Workday while processing and auditing a high volume of requests for employee job and data changes
  • Fulfill general HR reporting requests to internal stakeholders, including reports with employee life cycle data and headcount
  • Organize and maintain internal documentation and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Develop and regularly maintain internal knowledge base articles and resources to empower employees to be self-directed and successful.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, local, state, and regional regulations.
  • Support immigration function; entering data to system for ongoing tracking; monitoring work authorization expirations and seeking initiation approval; complete / audit right to work checks as applicable. 
  • Become familiar with new immigration laws or regulations that may impact operations or team processes.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Experience working with regional employment laws and practices in APAC countries is highly desirable.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused tech company where every day is filled with energy and purpose.
  • Availability to occasionally work flexible hours to support teams across different time zones in the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and strong working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with all APAC employment laws  is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You excel both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player.
