Position Summary
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for Workplace project delivery in their assigned area of responsibility. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overall project execution and is the lead overseeing all internal and external support partners including RES strategy, architect, IT, Security, AV, and construction to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget. Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and forecasting project budgets with an estimated total of $10-20M annually. The Portfolio Manager will work directly with the Workplace Strategy Area Manager and senior business leaders for project planning, execution, and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to problem solve independently and lead a team of internal and external partners
- Experience in corporate property renovations
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Project lead responsible for overall project planning and delivery; partner with internal and external teams including architect, IT, security, furniture vendors, etc.
- Assist Workplace Area Manager on workplace strategy engagements to review workplace strategies; partner with business units to create workplace that aligns with the business strategy
- Manage and report on status, budgets and forecast for all project activities
- Five years experience in a similar role
- CAD experience
BA or applicable technical degree preferred. Appropriate work experience in lieu of education, in alignment with corporate policy is acceptable.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
