Applies in-depth knowledge in allocating and optimizing resources to contribute to strategic decision-making. Ensures effective resource utilization by analyzing data, developing capacity plans, optimizing scheduling processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.   • Analyzes and interprets data related to workforce management and staffing requirements to ensure consistent operations that support optimal resource allocation and utilization.
  • Forecasts staffing needs based on historical data and trends, providing detailed analysis to senior management to support day-to-day operations and ensure optimal operational performances.
  • Leverages statistical models and workforce management software to generate accurate demand forecasts that help ensure adequate staffing levels for multiple work areas.
  • Creates and maintains staff schedules based on the forecasted workforce requirements, taking into account factors such as employee availability, shift preferences, and labor regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees the implementation of labor standards to ensure organizational compliance with industry-related laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provides strategic guidance to senior leadership and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all workforce management initiatives align with organizational objectives.
  • Implements workforce efficiency initiatives, process improvements, and automation technology to streamline workforce management processes, enhance scheduling accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborates with department managers, human resources (HR), and employees to gather input, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication regarding staffing and scheduling.
  • Communicates effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and individual contributors to ensure the organization's workforce is efficient, productive, and well-managed.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a workforce role, including working with forecasting.
  • Must be able to work between Monday-Friday from 11am-8pm EST.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting in a supervisory role.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $102,081.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
