Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer the VP, Enterprise Compliance & Regulatory Affairs will oversee and provide strategic leadership over several critical enterprise compliance functions including the development of the code of conduct, ethics line, training, policies, anti-money laundering, conflict of interest, and license / exclusion screening programs. This individual will work closely with Chief Compliance Office and other Senior leaders.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise leadership of the design, maintenance and communication of the Company's expectation of legal and ethical conduct in the form of a Code of Conduct. The Code of conduct shall be reviewed with executive leadership and supplemented by policies and procedures required to address compliance risk.
  • Annually prepare and present an update outlining proposed changes to our Code of Conduct and seek formal approval from the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors to adopt recommended changes.
  • Monitor changes in regulation, guidance, or strategy to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and recommend changes to the Compliance program and/or policies, as appropriate.
  • Develop the strategy and ensure the successful delivery of the Companies compliance communications and training programs driving awareness and a culture across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies and procedures and standards of conduct and recommend and/or initiate as appropriate, investigation procedures.
  • Prepare and brief senior leadership in the interpretation of compliance policies and review potential changes in business operation and/or strategy that requires compliance input.
  • Manage compliance with critical regulatory settlements, as appropriate, including coordination of compliance with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act in conjunction with business and legal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of compliance & regulatory experience
  • Experience in a highly regulated business such as Banking, Finance, Healthcare
  • Experience in leading / influencing in large, matrixed organization
  • Experience leading professional teams and/or projects
  • Excellent communication skills - must be able to influence at all levels
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-moving environment and provide concise and timely advice to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)
Education
Bachelor's Degree required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$250K-$350K

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
