Position Summary: CVS Health has a robust corporate-liable and Bring your Own Device (BYOD) strategy focused on enhancing the end-user experience. Partnering with a best-in-class Telecom Expense Management (TEM) provider and web-based portal , the Wireless Mobile Telecom Expense Analyst plays a key role in the continuous improvement of the wireless portal, as well as fiscal governance and prudence of the corporate wireless spend .The Telecom Expense Analyst is responsible for optimizing the company's mobile wireless expenses and continuously enhancing the customer portal user experience . This role involves managing mobile device and plan cost control s and billing, as well as ensuring cost-effective wireless telecom service utilization across all operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to e xecute situational and cost/benefit analyses, and the understanding and confidence to prepare and deliver informed recommendations to wireless mobile leadership. - Monitor and evaluate telecommunication bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- Identify billing errors and resolve disputes with internal teams and/or telecom service providers.
- Analyze telecommunication usage and spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with various users or departments to understand their wireless usage and requirements .
- Actively seek and r ecommend changes to wireless offerings (services and/or devices) and/ or workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Be the f ace to the customer for portal support , including portal navigation , self-service report creation , portal training delivery , etc.
- Partners with Mobile Engineering and business units for special projects or bulk orders .
- Works with internal customers on device or plan needs and issues - as needed .
- Continually audit & manage catalog items and recommend corrective actions .
- Stay informed about the latest wireless telecom trends, technologies, and best practices.
- 2 + years of experience in wireless telecom expense management or a related field.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of telecommunication billing systems and corporate device plans
- Basic knowledge of wireless services and equipment.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
