CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Supervisor, Cash Reconciliation . This role will s upervise and lead the cash applications team, providing guidance, training, and performance management . As part of this team, you will work in a fast paced and team focused environment.We will support you by offering all the tools and resources you need to be successful in a collaborative team environment.Located in the Monroeville facility, this opportunity also provides free parking.Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor, Cash Reconciliation.

  • Oversee the daily operations of cash applications, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments to patient accounts.
  • Review and analyze cash application reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the billing and collections teams to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Develop and implement cash application procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cash applications and report findings to management.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all cash transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting cash applications and revenue cycle management.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 of experience in cash reconciliation, finance, or accounting.
  • Must have Lead or Management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft software, including Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Must be able to commute to the Monroeville, PA office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Revenue Cycle Cash Reconciliation experience preferred.
  • Overseeing cash reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and optimizing cash flow management.
  • Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations, and effective leadership capabilities.
Education
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
