We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee deployment of an Infrastructure API, a comprehensive initiative aimed at enabling environments across various cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, Azure, and On Prem Virtual Machines. - Environment & Resource Enablement:
- Manage the enablement of OnPrem, GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Implement automation frameworks such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and SpaceLift.
- Ensure effective landing zone management and network management.
- Enable compute and storage environments, databases, and specialty services.
- Third Party Statement of Works:
- Provisioning of accounts and access to various tools.
- Document processes and build proof of concept for network monitoring.
- Automation Platform:
- Review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) matrix and deploy orchestrator tooling.
- Manage evaluation of different SaaS and on-prem solutions.
- Framework - Frontend & Backend:
- Design and deploy API layers for customers.
- Utilize Terraform, Spacelift, Cloud Formation, and scripts for backend automation.
- Help manage Model Context Protocol Servers to deploy AI
- Image Management:
- Manage Linux and Windows base images, OS agents, and container base images.
- Access Management:
- Implement user access management solutions for Linux and programmatic user access.
- Support & Day 2 Operations:
- Establish support teams and build documentation for API.
- Enable self-service for lower-level environments.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cloud environments.
- 3-5 years of experience in GCP, AWS, and Azure platforms.
- 3- 5 years of experience with automation frameworks such as Terraform.
- Experience with enterprise grade project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Rally.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience with Virtualization.
- Knowledge of network management and security protocols.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and similar methodologies.
Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) BUSINESS OVERVIEW

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
