We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager of Quality and Strategic Financial Initiatives to lead and oversee our organization's quality assurance programs while driving strategic project management initiatives. This dual-role leadership position is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services while efficiently managing projects to achieve business objectives. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Lead quality audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to address defects and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into product design, development, and delivery.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality-related issues.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve organizational efficiency.
- Report project performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in quality management and project management or similar discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Rally) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in quality (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) and/or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with advanced quality management frameworks (e.g., TQM, Kaizen) and tools (e.g., Minitab).
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
- Experience implementing digital quality systems or project management platforms.
- Experience in healthcare and/or PBM
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field / Equivalent S pecialized training/relevant professional qualifications.
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
