What you will do
  • Leads a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and analytics to support business decisions ensuring organizational growth and industry advancement.
  • Develops and implements data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency achieving organization goals and key deliverables.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings for the organization.
  • Manages complex projects from creation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes within the project parameters.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all analytics work to ensure accurate and responsible reporting.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, promoting a unified organization.
  • Implements improvements to processes and services by staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
  • Mentors and coaches team members to foster professional growth and development.
  • Communicates complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to ensure successful organizational continuous improvement initiatives.
Role-Specific Details
As a member of the Network Strategy Team, you will support the team as the Medicare Cost of Goods subject matter expert. Leveraging tools like SAS and Tableau, you will pull data, create and manipulate COGS projection models, receive pricing inputs from our negotiation teams and then report out and make recommendations are where our rates with pharmacy provides should be set. Deep knowledge of PBM pricing and operations is necessary as well as understanding of financial statements both at client and segment levels. Another critical task this role will support is the passing of discount rates from our negotiation team to other internal analytics and modeling teams. Knowledge and the ability to organize data around network differentiation and pharmacy status are key assets a candidate will need to be successful in this role.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
  • 7+ years data analytics and/or financial experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of PBM experience
  • Ability to use SAS and Tableau programs
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
