Position Summary
The Senior Manager for Strategic Programs will play a critical role as part of team responsible for supporting initiatives to spearhead transformative initiatives with a focus on value creation throughout the enterprise to elevate our operational effectiveness. This individual contributor will play a role in the execution of Excellence & Innovation value creation and strategy execution plans, partnering with enterprise shared service teams and business units to identify and execute on these programs.

What you will do
- Acts as a specialist to develop strategic plans that leverage key insights from the competitive environment, market research, industry analysis, and financial evaluation.
- Adapts the strategic plan to navigate market dynamics and trends in consumer behavior and maximize the potential of the organization.
- Advises departments on strategic partnerships, alliances, or acquisitions to drive growth and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Applies highly developed knowledge of scenario planning to anticipate potential outcomes based on selected criteria.
- Promotes effective internal communications within the strategic planning department to facilitate the alignment of team processes and platforms with strategic objectives.
- Consults with business analysts on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to support business growth and the strategic plan.
- Helps develop a strategic planning framework that defines timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the implementation process.
- Plans strategic projects and initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Designs and develops an industry-leading strategic plan that identifies and capitalizes on market growth opportunities while avoiding potential disruptions.
Experienced In:
- Strong domain knowledge of accounting, finance or finance ops (e.g., revenue cycle) in a healthcare environment, such as medical and Rx billing, and collection.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and complex processes.
- Prior consulting experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Problem solver with strong analytical and quantitative orientation.
- Charismatic relationship builder with strong passion for innovation and transformation.
- Proactive, planful, and result-driven with highest level of attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written presentation abilities.
- Strong meeting facilitator with ability to drove consensus across competing point of views.

- 7-10 years' work experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred and or equivalent professional work experience

- Technical & Analysis Tools (Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, Power BI etc.)
- Consulting Experience
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
