Located within the Medicare Stars Program Management team, this position will provide oversight for data-driven decision-making and effectiveness of quality programs. This will include development of comprehensive data collections and analysis strategies, as well as overseeing the creation of impactful reports and visualizations. In addition, this individual will foster collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging data for strategic planning and guiding teams in delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a team of reporting analysts to develop data-driven insights and accurate reporting for executive-level management, stakeholders, and team members to ensure continuous growth and development of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement initiatives driven towards the organization's goals and critical deliverables.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables are within the scope of parameters, driving consistent business success.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reports provided to executive-level management, stakeholders, and other individual contributors, driving successful operation of the department and company towards achieving its goals and key deliverables.
  • Communicate insights to key stakeholders, executive-level leadership, and other internal and external points of contact to ensure concise and accurate data is delivered
  • Create protocols to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years work experience supporting business processes in the health or prescription drug insurance industry.
  • 7+ years work experience performing business data analysis, analyzing multiple data sources and formulating results to tell a story.
  • Adept at execution and delivery of business solutions (planning, delivering, and supporting), using project management best practices, defining business requirements, and user acceptance testing.
  • Proven ability in clearly documenting and presenting complex business problems and solutions to executive level leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional virtual teams for developing new solutions and improving processes.
  • Mastery of complex problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel skills, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years supporting Medicare Stars, HEDIS, or other quality or government programs
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
