- Lead and oversee the processes within the organization's Quality Assurance area, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and lead the test strategy for various components, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, financial neutrality testing, and performance testing, across claims platforms.
- Establish and monitor the ongoing capabilities required for an effective test environment.
- Create targeted and comprehensive test scenarios with statistically valid volume to ensure the expected performance of benefits and contracts.
- Manage the identification, resolution, and mitigation of defects.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing metrics and reporting standardization.
- Integrate standards with quality principles and methodologies.
- Design, develop, and implement process improvement changes for the organization.
- Build relationships with technical and organizational leaders to ensure alignment and achievement of long-term testing objectives.
- Advise management on issues related to process implementation and refinement.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback, timely evaluations, and fostering engagement, motivation, and team development
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 5+ years of experience in design and execution of test strategy, which includes components such as unit testing, user acceptance testing, end to end, regression testing, financial neutrality, performance testing, etc.
- Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Knowledge of Medicare lines of business
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
