- Lead & manage a team of software engineers by helping them to prioritize, build and ship the most impactful features to our clinical teams and patients
- Define/refine processes to improve developer productivity
- Build your high performing team through hiring, coaching & mentoring
- Collaborate with leaders from Product, UX and implementation teams on product delivery
- Collaborate with Platform team and evangelize architectural & TDD best practices improving scalability, reliability & maintainability
- Partner with technology leadership team to drive engineering excellence OKRs
- Partner with product managers to prioritize and drive the technical debt backlog
We're looking for a professional with:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering building enterprise grade products
- Results oriented leader with experience in leading & managing an engineering team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly articulate technical challenges to business stakeholders
- Experience working in a distributed, cloud-based environment either in Azure/AWS using Docker/Kubernetes
- Must have experience working in an Agile/Devops environment
- Familiarity with Healthcare Domain and HIPAA - Preferred
- Familiarity with functional and/or reactive programming concepts - Preferred
- Familiarity with our tech stack - JVM-based technologies, Spring Boot, .NET, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, OpenAPI, Protobuf - Preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
