Position Summary

The Sr. Mgr, Health Services, will support the Clinical Growth & Health Integration team which sits within the Clinical Innovation & Cross-Enterprise Partnerships organization.

This strategy-oriented team partners closely throughout the HCB Enterprise with stakeholders across clinical, operations, health equity, quality, analytics, and other teams to identify and execute on key opportunities to unlock value, efficiency and ensure equitable access to high-quality care and member support. The role will involve development of innovative, market-leading care model strategies that also ensure integration of our unique Enterprise assets (such as MinuteClinic, Signify, Oak Street Health, etc.) to design and deliver an integrated, member-centric care model informed by shared learnings, best practices, and the voice of the consumer, across all lines of business.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a strategy-focused, business management or consulting role that leverages a data-driven approach informed by current industry trends and best practices.

Strong subject matter expertise with payer care management programs and processes, with demonstrated experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives (care model design, health equity, etc.), ability to drive organizational transformation and innovation through strong communication abilities and structured program management and governance approaches to ensure successful end-to-end execution and impactful outcomes.

Ability to quickly envision pathways to success, build project plans, establish working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across teams (clinical, operations, network, analytics, etc.) throughout the enterprise to prioritize and accomplish common goals, timely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Clinical background and experience is highly valued, but not required.

Education

Master's level experience in healthcare business and administration field preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, etc.)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
