The Sr. Manager, Operations Insights & Analytics will support VBS in analyzing process and clinical metrics across care models, providing insights, and recommending improvements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support teams across Health Care Delivery to facilitate the acquisition of data and information necessary to drive strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Analyze historical data to identify operational trends and forecast future performance.
  • Facilitate root cause analyses to identify key barriers to meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for leadership and other stakeholders, presenting key insights, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable insights that drive business decisions, including operational enhancements, process improvements, or new strategies.
The role requires adeptness at managing ambiguity and a commitment to collaborative solutioning. The Sr. Manager, Operations Insights & Analytics reports to the Executive Director, Strategy & Operations.Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including claims data, and providing actionable insights.
  • Subject matter expertise in lean and six sigma frameworks, with experience facilitating root cause analyses with SMEs from diverse functional areas.
  • Proficiency with healthcare applications (e.g., EMR, Salesforce), writing SQL queries, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and MS Excel (Power Query).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a suite of reports, including charts, graphs, and tables, that support routine and ad-hoc business reviews and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability present complex information in a way that effectively engages, influences, and drives action.
  • Candidate can live anywhere in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Alteryx.
  • Background in epidemiology, biostatics, or decision science.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
