The Product Lead is a member of the Caremark.com Product Team responsible for defining the long term roadmap and managing outcomes. They will lead the strategic development of new digital initiatives in support of enterprise growth objectives and differentiation. This is an instrumental role in driving day to day progress for the Pharmacy program that touches millions of consumers. Specifically, this role will support Caremark.com; working on tools that help our customer price and save on their prescriptions and support member benefits.This person will be responsible for streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/ components for the team along with driving clear outcomes. The Product Lead has a significant role in stakeholder management and could be juggling multiple products at one time. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities both inside and outside the local team, including working with the other Product Lead, who is responsible for the day to day scrum team management and will work very closely with them to prepare for ongoing backlog prioritization.Given the rapid pace of change in the digital/online ecosystem, this individual will be responsible for keeping a close pulse of conversion and adoption of current products, new market innovations and building ongoing specific perspective on how best to leverage these innovations and opportunities to Caremark's advantage over the next several years, by focusing on the competitive landscape of those companies that are in this space.As a direct report of the Director of Digital, this individual will work closely with members of the Caremark pricing product and innovation team, and with a wide range of digital, business, operations, and sales leaders to define the plan and lead the execution that will bring the vision for the member experience to life, delivering significant results in the process. In addition, this individual will focus on defining the roadmap for the business based on Caremark needs as well as corporate priorities and operational requirements and will diligently manage the product and feature set on a committed basis over time. - Develop and maintain program plans for building large-scale digital growth that substantially enhance the Caremark Search & Pricing experience and address our strategic and financial objectives
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best-in-class experience. Comprehensively manage portfolio of offerings end-to-end, including business case development.
- Facilitate dialogue with broad group of cross-Digital, cross-functional, and cross-enterprise teams with a demonstrated ability to lead using excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions and to continuously identify testing and optimization opportunities to maximize investments made by Caremark.
- Establish thought leadership and become a true expert on prescription pricing and savings. This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.Day to Day Problem Solving Skills

- Work collaboratively as part of the Digital team, including direct oversight and mentorship of team members, on the creation and execution of strategic and tactical product plans, market analyses, identification of new digital product opportunities, and coordination of market and product research.
- Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution - Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product development, business analyst, or quality engineering role in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile development methods to create/implement eCommerce and/or Digital solutions.
5-8 years of experience in product development in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting
2+ years of Leadership and Performance Management experience
Extensive experience writing clear documentation into user story format (Rally, Jira, etc.) along with process flow diagrams (Visio, Miro, etc.)
Analytical orientation - metrics driven product development
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues
Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
Broad understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
Experience in healthcare industry preferred
Familiarity with agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
