In this key position, you will leverage your analytical expertise to conduct error attribution and advanced root cause analysis, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights and develop high-impact analytical solutions.
- Independently explore data and create a structured analytical work plan to derive meaningful insights.
- Formulate, execute, and analyze hypotheses to pinpoint factors contributing to forecasting errors.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with portfolio objectives to measure project success.
- Communicate analytical solutions and results through compelling narratives and visualizations, engaging stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.
- Drive project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and data science, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Understand coding, GIT, documentation, and quality assurance best practices.
- Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership and internal clients.
Required:
3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical or strategy consulting, or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Strong statistical background with experience in experimental design and ROI analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Solid SQL coding skills are essential.
- Experience in the PBM industry and/or management consulting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA is strongly preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
