Position Summary
These positions will support the organization which is responsible for the research and resolution of all member and provider complaints and appeals. The appeal analyst will be responsible for ensuring complaint and appeal turnaround times are met, and responses are compliant with state and regulatory requirements.

Strong knowledge in claim and benefits
Must be able to pay attention to detail

Experience handling the Commercial Plans and their systems

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
