This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions to support business operations, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL coding skills, experience with SSRS and SSIS, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. - Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions to support business needs.
- Develop and optimize reports and dashboards using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Manage and automate data integrations using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance improvements.
- Assist in developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data movement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure reporting solutions align with organizational goals.
- (Preferred) Utilize Python for advanced data analysis and automation.
- (Preferred) Work with call center performance metrics to generate reports on agent performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- 3+ years experience using strong SQL development skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- 3+ years working with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- 3+ years experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Proven experience communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Knowledge of call center metrics and reporting, including workforce management, service levels, and agent productivity.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Understanding of cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
