As a Senior Analyst of Health Care Delivery (HCD) Capital Management, you will provide strategic oversight for capital planning and analysis for Health Care Delivery. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of HCD Capital Management, you'll be responsible for assisting in the management and consolidation of all HCD capital including all analysis and submissions for the monthly close, budget, and forecast. In this job, you will interact and closely partner with HCD finance leadership and capital leads within each business unit. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills as you will be at the forefront for how HCD will tactically deploy capital. - Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans by collaborating with stakeholders to gather inputs, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for financial targets and resource allocation.
- Manage Anaplan inputs/outputs, including but not limited to, new project collection and creation, access modifications, reallocations, etc.
- Implements improvements in forecasting methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques to enhance forecasting capabilities.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
- Assist in the development of Return on Investment of HCD capital processes.
- Send out capital related messaging to the business segment.
- Coordinating, meeting, and reviewing data with key stakeholders (including. but not limited to, business and finance partners) regarding month close, EPPM deliverables, etc.
- Administers in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and return on investment analysis to identify progress of capital projects and areas of improvement.
- 3+ years related accounting/financial experience, business planning and/or financial analysis/reporting.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders confidently and expertly at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Established strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Bachelor's Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
