We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to join the Shared Services FP&A team. This role allows you to gain valuable experience within the Healthcare industry by supporting the Medical Affairs organization, as well as Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will help support our financial management processes through financial reporting, expense management and ad-hoc reports for monthly actuals, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting activities.

Support the monthly financial close, planning and forecasting processes.
Perform month-end journal entries, variance analyses, and reporting for multiple areas.
Prepare and present monthly variance analysis presentations to senior leadership.
Assist in the development of financial plans and continuously analyze financial results through forecast and budget models.
Performing ad hoc analysis and financial forecasts for the internal management team and external customersIn order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and escalation of issues when appropriate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Finance including experience in planning and reporting.Education
Bachelors degree required; or equivalent years of related working experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
