Position Summary
We are looking for a detailed oriented individual to join the Reporting & Vendor Support Team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for daily reporting, vendor partnership, auditing, provisioning, and QuickBase development that supports the Medicare Enrollment Department. Our team is member centric and strives to provide excellent customer service to our members. This position does require weekend & holiday rotation and additional support during Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Medicare Operations.
- Experience with Word, Excel, Access, and QuickBase Programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must have advanced organizational skills, critical thinking skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience with problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of VB.net programming.
- Knowledge of creating flat files, SQL databases, oracle and DB2.
- Ability to manage effectively with business partners, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
