- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, Underwriters, Compliance, various Business areas and Technology Teams including Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.
- Provide insights into Current State of Technical capabilities.
- Provide guidance on Customer requested capabilities as outlined in RFP and adhoc requests by coordinating with Technology and Business areas as needed.
- Leverage strong technical skills to develop and manage multiple concurrent, time-bound customer enablement functions.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional domain/technical teams.
- Innovative mindset with strong conviction for Technology Excellence.
- Keep abreast of technology advances across various lines of business with keenness to cross apply the innovations for other clients.
- Strong Client Interfacing, Stakeholder Management and High Impact Communication skills
- Collaborates with the program business and the individual domain teams and/or vendors to translate overall project/ business objectives to application specific needs.
- Creates and maintain functional and technical documentation, including system designs, workflow and ensure end to end traceability is maintained.
- Explores new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within the engineering team.
- 5+ years of experience in software development working on enterprise applications.
- 4+ years of experience working with stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, and Cross functional team to solve complex business or technical problems.
- 3+ years of experience on Cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
- 3+ years of experience independently managing deliverables.
- 2+ years of healthcare and/or insurance background
- 2+ year of experience in effort estimation
- Comfortable independently leading and completing tasks
- Prior experience in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across the spectrum
- Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams
- Experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems
- Previous healthcare experience and domain knowledge
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
