Position Summary

As a Technical Product Owner, on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Self- Service Portal, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle.

The Product Owner will collaborate with the Agile Product teams and business stakeholders to build the functionality as expected by the CVS Application teams. The Product Owner will ensure the products developed and supported and enhances to create a continuous flow of value. The candidate will also be actively involved in project lifecycle producing rapid prototypes early in the design phase.

In this role, The Product Owner will be required to form strategic partnerships with key internal partners and subject matter authorities to achieve business results.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, responsible for managing the product backlog, including team formation and work planning.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • 2+ years of experience coding in TypeScript & ES10 using React and modern CSS framework.
  • 2+ years of working experience with REST API and JSON.
  • 2+ years of experience on Identify & Access Management technologies.
  • 2+ years of development experience with OAuth2.0, LDAP and Active directory
  • 5+ years of working experience in the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
  • 2+ years of working experience on Cloud technologies (such as Azure, AKS, AWS, GCP)
  • 1+ years of working experience with SQL, NoSQL and other databases.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • The candidate with sharp analytical skills with experience of working in an enterprise.
  • Experience with backlog management and prioritize them based on overall strategy and business objectives
  • Experience with SAFE practices and/or able to work in agile methodologies.
  • A ble to review digital footprint to improve portal's overall experience and design.
  • Able to understand the business requirements and convert into technical artifacts.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written
Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience, (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant work experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
