As a Senior ResearchOps Specialist at CVS Health you will be part of a growing team of digital innovators and user experience professionals that want to make an impact and help people manage their health by designing experiences that meet user goals and exceed expectations.

In this role, you will be embedded on a small, but established ResearchOps team. The team supports a larger UX Research team to standardize and scale UX research across all CVS Health portfolios. The ResearchOps team focuses on four main pillars: KnowledgeOps, Designer Coaching, Tools and Processes, and Team Growth. The ideal candidates would have some Systems or Service Design experience with a passion for backstage and operations.
ResearchOps responsibilities:
- Apply mixed method research approaches to understand colleagues and organizational challenges.
- Design and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops that yield tangible outputs.
- Take ambiguous organizational problems and turn them into simple, implementable solutions.
- Apply systems thinking to navigate a complex and changing enterprise to drive standards and change.
- Visualize complex systems and frameworks.
- Define, design, and implement relevant tools, processes, and artifacts.
- Create clear and precise documentation to support process improvements, training, etc.
- Enable healthy team culture through change management, communication strategies, and career pathing initiatives.
- Develop metrics, quantify business impact of UX research work, and socialize the value of operations.
- 5+ years of experience in Service Design, ResearchOps, UX Research, or Design Ops
- 2+ years of Airtable experience
- Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Design Strategy, Design Management, HCI, Psychology or equivalent/relevant work experience.
- Master's degree preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
