Position Summary As a Senior Project Manager at CVS Health, you'll be at the heart of our construction and remodeling efforts for both retail and enterprise locations. Your role is central in managing all aspects of these projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and project closeout. You will coordinate construction activities, ensure projects align with CVS standards, and stay within budget and schedule.

Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading projects through all phases: design, budgeting, permitting, contracting, construction, merchandise activities, and delivery for all assigned projects and those assigned to your direct reports.
- Collaborating with our real estate teams, business units, and contractors to shape project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Overseeing approximately $15M+ in expense and capital budgets each year.
- Working alongside CVS preferred vendors, including General Contractors and Architects.
- Ensuring all construction aligns with CVS plans and specs by conducting site visits.
- Handling the project punch list and closeout with clear communication.
- 7+ years of robust project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects seamlessly.
- Deep understanding of design and construction processes, industry standards, and costs.
- Professional project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and proprietary project management software.
- Required to travel 50-75% (2-4 days weekly), varying with workloads throughout the year

- Knowledge of all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs.

- Ability to adapt in a changing retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree (construction management or architect and engineering) or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of construction management experience) required
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
