This role will report to the Senior Manager, Performance and Optimization.CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.The Senior Performance and Optimization Analyst - Programmatic and Social, is responsible for performance and optimization of CMX campaigns through programmatic and social channels. This individual will partner closely with sales, account management, media planning and analytics to ensure campaign KPIs and goals are met. • Manage CMX campaigns ensuring goals are met by managing campaign pacing, performance, and margin through continuous optimization.
• Participate in weekly pod status meetings that include sales, account management, media planning and analytics.
• Collaborate with client solutions and analytics teams to deliver on key client needs.
• Troubleshoot campaign performance issues with demand side platforms (DSPs) and Social Platforms.
• Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting, campaign delivery, and campaign performance. Required: Qualifications:
• 2+ years of programmatic ops and media experience (with an emphasis on buy-side expertise), with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
• 1+ experience buying media in major DSPs and social platforms. Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to thrive in, a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and client management skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
