As the Senior Manager Retail Property Administration, you will join the CVS Rhode Island based Property Administration team to contribute to the overall goal of supporting retail field operations. You will be responsible for over $400 million in repair and maintenance spend, that are a result of over 1.2M services annually. This role is critical to realizing the enterprise growth strategy across retail, pharmacy and health services, and facilities professional services. Senior Manager Retail Property Administration reports to the Executive Director, Property Administration and Utilities and leads a team of 12 Maintenance and Trade specialists supporting their development with a continuous improvement mindset and present the team's work and progress to department leadership.

In this role, you will have the oversight, selection, management, and training of Retail Property Administration's over 500 external service vendor partners including general contractors, electrical, plumbing Companies, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, life safety Inspection, roofing, and equipment repair across the retail business segment. This role is critical in realizing the enterprise growth strategy across retail, pharmacy and health services, and facilities professional services.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, providing clear feedback for team growth and direction
  • Incorporate data analytics to analyze and report on large data sets
  • Create budgets, adjust forecasts, and provide variance explanations to Finance
  • Create and deliver presentations for a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong project management experience working on large volume Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Vendor performance evaluations and assist with vendor audits
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ year relevant experience?
  • Deep knowledge of Facility Management processes and tools
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations for a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to create and incorporate data analytics to improve decision-making and business processes
  • Experienced Service Channel user
  • Experience with KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to clearly to vendor partners to meet expectations
  • Advanced skill set with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve goals and guide behaviors
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners
  • Experience with a variety of building facility services and projects and processes
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for advanced data visualization
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience requiredPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
