Position Summary
This role is part of a team dedicated to the management and expansion of the SimplePay program. The successful candidate will need to be resourceful and leverage information and resources available while managing strong working relationships externally and across the organization. Must be able to act independently in a fast-moving environment, where you will be making informed strategic and tactical decisions. Developing and implement policies to direct our operations, major projects, and functional groups.

  • Collaborate across the enterprise business segments to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement new ideas that support the program work.
  • Involved in initiative planning, ongoing partner relationship management and satisfaction for initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services to the internal and external environment.
  • Oversight for all operational specific items.
  • Influence change to improve processes, organization effectiveness and systems.
  • Proactively leads complex projects by setting strategic direction.
  • Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
  • Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
  • Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project. Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team.
  • Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
  • Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan.
Required Qualifications .
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience project and/or program management, operations/process management
  • Experience working with external vendors/partners.
  • Relationship and change management skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Implementation experience or experience working cross functionally with Operational partners.
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Position is listed as remote but can move to hybrid schedule if candidate near an office location
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to work with multiple priorities.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
