This position is responsible for leading efforts to provide detailed insight into the impacts of emerging project initiatives from a process, system, and overall cost perspective.*Position may be either remote or hybrid depending on location.What you will do

  • Facilitation with all Internal and External matrix partners to fully understand impacts of emerging initiatives by department.
  • Documentation of all outcomes of discussions with matrix partners
  • Provide support to Product Managers as key dates are established during the Project Review/Gating process.
  • Completion of all documentation required for our partners to appropriately evaluate initiatives and the impact to their organization.
  • Develop and present Sr. leadership communications to effectively outline impacts, cost and timing information associated with the delivery aspect of the project.
  • Development of tentative project timeline.
  • Review and signoff on all documentation that will be leveraged for leadership to weigh in and provide feedback on all initiatives.
  • Effectively transition approved projects to the Delivery team. Partner appropriately with Delivery team members throughout the project kickoff process.
  • Develop and maintain Project Intake & Evaluation tracking processes.
  • Finalize and complete full Impact Analysis.
  • Tracks progress and communicates evaluation status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.
  • Provide consultative support to Product Management as needed.
  • Influencing product strategy in accordance with impacts to the organization and design considerations specific to how we satisfy scope.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience, proven track record in managing multiple complex projects, meeting project milestones, and negotiating for resources.
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Strong, proven communication skills ability to influence across disciplines and at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong experience building relationships and strong collaboration among teams
  • Facilitation skills both in person and virtually (webinar).
  • Strong Organizational and agility skills
  • Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of products.
  • Familiar with Aetna systems and applications.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
