- Manage the BIAA team portfolio of projects through active engagement with BIAA team leadership/staff, key stakeholders and leadership; including trimesterly and ad-hoc prioritization process, regular status updates (portfolio review, MOR, etc.), managing expectations
- Thoughtfully assign Business Analyst (BA) and Project Management (PM) resources to appropriate program/project assignments; effectively supporting the projects with the right skill sets needed, applicable subject matter expertise and supporting team professional development through these assignments
- Actively manage and make improvements to our project/documentation tools in Atlassian suite (Jira Align, Jira, Confluence), ensuring 100% adherence to project documentation & tracking standards
- Manage and own BIAA project request intake and triage process; effectively communicating with stakeholders, internal team timely, accurately and professionally
- Align with internal BIAA teams on current and planned projects to support the project lifecycle driving timeliness of deliverables, proper documentation and the ability for real-time status updates.

- 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following project management & documentation tools, for example: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, etc.), Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team, or significant complex/inter-dependent programs/initiatives.
- PMP Certification
- Masters degree
- Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project strategic planning and analysis, risk management, public health, process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma certification) management/consulting.
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
- Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
- Exposure to the fundamentals of data analytics, and industry standard technology needed to support a strong analytics program (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, Google Cloud)
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience.
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
