This Senior Manager role is a member of the Medicare/IFP NextGen Production Support Team that manages production processes, focusing on AEP/OE, Capitation, Claim Payment, Provider Egress, Financial/Analytical Reporting, as well as broader support of HealthRulesPayer. This individual will interact with business partners, delivery, infrastructure, and software vendor partners to maintain concierge level support.Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading multiple teams to implement initiatives to improve overall processing of the production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry, preferably IFP and/or Medicare
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to monitor processes and resolve issues
  • Understanding of delivery process via SAFE/AGILE methodologies
  • Competent, self-starter with ability to identify and bring forward ideas to improve the overall support of Medicare / IFP NextGen Platform
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with numerous applications teams to monitor systems, applications, processes to meet the availability goals and to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage Annual Enrollment Period and Open Enrollment, to include leading domain managers
  • Document and maintain system support documentation
  • Adhere to all established methodologies, standards, and guidelines
  • Communicate status to Senior Leaders, both written and verbal
  • Foster a positive environment and demonstrate successful relationship building with cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Organizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Competent, self-starter with ability to identify and bring forward ideas to improve the overall support of Medicare platform

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, internally (within team or department) and externally to all business partners and software vendor partners; comfortable communication with Senior Leaders of the organization
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
