We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to serve as the end-to-end owner across our product portfolio of our medical device and diagnostic strategy in additional to serving as product strategy generalist focusing on member experience, high visibility cross-enterprise integrations, and operations strategy. This role focuses on ensuring the successful integration and ongoing optimization of medical devices and diagnostics across our portfolio of products. This role is responsible for both the development and implementation of strategy along with the management of ongoing product integrations across dozens of device manufacturers and diagnostics partners. You will define and own continuous improvement initiatives to member experience, data throughput, supply chain, cost, and quality of vendor-product integrations.
As the primary leader overseeing device and diagnostics strategy, you will define how remote monitoring technologies and diagnostics fit into our broader product vision. You will take an active leadership role in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance oversight, ensuring vendors meet the needs of our business, clients, and members. In addition, you will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, identify operational pain points, problem-solve sustainable solutions, and lead the execution of improvements that enhance device performance, member experience, and overall business outcomes.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and operational execution. You must be able to set a vision, analyze data, identify trends, and as a result deliver innovation while in parallel managing real-time challenges, troubleshooting issues, and providing hands-on leadership over daily operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for medical device and diagnostics integrations in alignment with company goals.
- Identify emerging trends in remote patient monitoring and diagnostics and translate them into strategic opportunities.
- Lead and mentor dozens of internal and external matrix partners fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and oversee partner performance.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, data science, clinical, and legal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the product team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Oversee end-to-end medical device and diagnostics integrations across our portfolio, from ideation and design to launch and optimization.
- Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPA) and deliver a five star member experience.
- Leverage user research, feedback, and data analytics to drive product decisions and improvements that improve member and clinician experience
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate product design to highly marketable collateral
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and team impact.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve our solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare, computer science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in leading complex product design initiatives, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Experience producing business cases, volume projection analyses, and financial models
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Strong understanding of medical device and diagnostics industries and related regulations
- Experience managing high volume supply chains
- Experience with member/patient experience research
- Passion for improving healthcare accessibility and outcomes
- This position is fully remote but may require travel quarterly for offsite meetings.

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
