- Partner with enterprise teams to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, align on performance targets, and deliver integrated value across multiple business units.
- Build and lead execution of a comprehensive multi-year roadmap that achieves value targets and delivers on portfolio learning objectives.
- Govern the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new concepts for retail pharmacy from enterprise partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional working teams, including technology, operations, analytics, experience, legal, payer relations, finance, and clinical to refine and prioritize key initiatives and develop action plans.
- Drive efficient planning and ensure outcomes by implementing a strong project management discipline for action plans across your team and cross-functional partners.
- Leverage data and analytic insights to inform strategic decisions, monitor progress to targets, produce actionable insights and recommendations, and manage portfolio performance.

- Oversee test and pilot operations, including training, technology set-up, reporting, performance management, and insights.

- 8+ years' experience of developing, implementing, and executing pharmacy programs.
- 8+ years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in a highly complex environment. Relevant sectors include retail, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of influencing others with and without authority.
- Experience building high-performing, successful teams and developing talent. Demonstrated passion for bringing new leaders along and helping them realize their ability to impact the business.
- E xperience leading under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics in real time, and finding solutions that satisfy multiple 'customers' of the business.
- Experience understanding and breaking down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions.
- Experience collaborating effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Travel: Ability, and willingness, to travel occasionally, up to10% of time, based on needs of the business.
- PharmD preferred.
- Experience working with or managing relationships with payers and/or PBMs preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects or initiatives involving pharmacy services and payer collaboration

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
