As a Pharmacy Growth Strategy Senior Manager, you will be a part of a nimble team and lead team members working to ensure our portfolio is achieving our strategic goals while serving as an internal consulting team to identify and place strategic bets shaping the future of one of CVS's core businesses. You will support senior leaders by interpreting market trends to identify competitive threats and opportunities to better serve the needs of our patients. You will also play a key role in leading implementation of critical strategic initiatives to ensure the success of our business.
You will play a leadership role on the Pharmacy Growth Strategy team and report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Growth Strategy. You will identify opportunities, scope projects, and guide your team through the process of strategic evaluation of multiple concurrent initiatives. You must be intellectually curious, analytically strong, highly collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
This role will entail many opportunities for management, mentorship, and personal development on a senior team of highly experienced industry experts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and new business development
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting at a major firm or equivalent experience
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in pharmacy preferred
Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
