The Senior Manager of Omnichannel Planning and Execution will be responsible for performance reporting and analysis of the digital businesses. They will lead both planning and executing business strategies while supporting cross functional stakeholders. Building Category sales and margin budgets and forecasts. Build and maintain financial models to track business performance. On-going quantitative assessments of initiatives to drive digital growth. They will be a strategic partner and strong collaborator with multiple cross functional teams including front store category management, digital product, marketing, supply chain, and others. - Support the creation & optimization of business tools and reports.
- Ensure accuracy of data and reports.
- Support the annual budget process for digital developing a multi-year business case, in support of the digital and omni-channel vision.
- Develop and execute department and category sales & margin forecasts/budgets for assigned categories.
- Manage and execute financial forecast and budget submissions for sales/margin/expenses.
- Ensures accurate and timely performance management tracking, insights, and proposed actions to deliver on defined financial goals.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders including Finance, Analytics, Digital Merchandising, Fulfillment, Marketing, Merchandising, Rx, Strategy, Inventory and Store Operations.
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to influence stakeholders and makes recommendations as appropriate.
- Lead weekly business review discussions via sharing Key performance indications and insights.
- Lead Monthly & Quarterly financial read outs.
- Develop robust business cases to support and prioritize new opportunities.
- Help develop short- and long-term plans for assigned categories by fulfillment channel.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, fulfillment, call center to ensure accuracy in data and forecasts.
- Analyze overall digital business for assigned categories. Understand performance and market trends.
- Navigates ambiguity and change to achieve goals despite potential obstacles.
- Support strategic initiatives and KPI performance.
- Synthesize financial insights and ask key questions to drive towards financial goals.
- Automate reporting to drive efficiencies.
- Analyze operating expenses and partner with cross functional teams to drive improvements.
- Partner with analytics to deep dive on results, uncover risks and opportunities.
- Look for ways to break through implementation barriers rather than be impeded by them.
- Leadership: Providing guidance, direction, and support to teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Responsible for leadership development, succession planning, and driving engagement programs for the teams you oversee. Ensure development and mentorship of next generation of leadership talent.
- Participate with onboarding tasks for new hires; builds, maintains, and enhances all onboarding documentations.
- Creating a culture centered on inclusion and well-being.
- Promotes a high-performance culture by clearly setting goals and expectations.
- Act as a trusted coach and mentor for team to develop and support IDPs for high potential talent.
- Leverage existing enterprise tools, such as talent profiles and enterprise development programs, to develop talent.

- 5+ years' experience in merchandise and/or financial planning

- 5+ years' experience building high-performing teams
- 5+ years' experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals
- Advanced Microsoft Tools - Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office
- Strategic thinker complemented with ability to develop and communicate solid plan
- Demonstrated ability to understand not only business KPIs and initiatives, but also possess a deep understanding of the technical backend and be able to participate in project release and business requirement documentation
- Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health care
- Advanced degree
- 8+ years' experience in merchandise and or financial planning
- Experience managing a P&L strongly preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
