Senior Manager, Legal Project Management (IC)

This position will be part of the Legal Corporate Affairs team implementing an enterprise-wide program to centralize all executed agreements onto one software platform and may assist with other initiatives as needed.This Sr. Manager role will report to the Lead Director of the program and support the planning, oversight, and coordination of efforts poised to simplify the way we access and use executed contracts. A critical team member in driving governance, process, reporting, communication and resourcing components of the program, including strong project management disciplines and offering significant exposure to business segment, functional and corporate leaders.

• Works collaboratively and partners effectively across the enterprise, making sound decisions to progress the program roadmap, following standard operating procedures, and aligning to program strategic components.
• Advances and maintains QuickBase applications for the program, including an executed contract inventory, and a detailed role-based access structure.
• Develops and maintains program SharePoint site, including document libraries, lists, creating views, site pages, site permissions.
• Tracks progress against key milestones, creating and implementing value-based metrics and analysis to measure outcomes, ensure timely and accurate project completion, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
• Works closely with vendor staff to help remove barriers and obstacles, allowing our internal stakeholders to be successful using our solution.

• A proven track record of success working across multiple business areas including operations, finance, product, technology and strategy.
• Experience supporting contracting life cycle and working directly with internal legal and business clients.

• 7+ years of professional experience as a key contributor or leader of large-scale initiatives
• 5+ years of experience driving long-term, highly complex, high-value programs or projects
• 3+ years of experience in a large matrix organization
• 2+ years of experience in developing high-impact presentations for senior-level leaders.

• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and other collaboration tools
• Proficient with Quick base and SharePoint
• Paralegal and/or Project Manager certifications, preferred

• Bachelor's degree, required. (Ideally in business, finance, or related field) or equivalent years of related experience.
